For anyone who engages in intense exercise, sleep and proper nutrition are critical for normal recovery. NOW Sports R&R Rest and Repair is formulated to address both of these elements with ingredients that promote restful sleep and enhance that body's recovery process.

This formula features HMB, which normally plays a role in the regulation of protein breakdown in the body, helping to preserve lean muscle tissue. Clinically tested CherryPURE Tart Cherry powder has been included to help reduce muscle soreness associated with intense exercise.
