Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: Adults, as a dietary supplement, take three capsules early in the day, preferably with a light meal. Do not take Stron Bone within four hours of taking a calcium supplement as strontium and calcium will compete for uptake. Do not exceed three capsules in any 24-hour period.
