Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet three times daily, preferably on an empty stomach. In order to obtain maximum benefits, SAM-e should be taken at least 30 minutes prior to a meal or follow the advice of your health care professional.
