Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 Arsenal X INFERNO liquid-gel and 2 Omega Cuts Elite softgels in the morning with food and 6-8 oz. of water. In the afternoon, take 1 Arsenal X INFERNO liquid-gel and 2 Omega Cuts Elite softgels, preferably with a meal and with 6-8 oz. of water. On workout days, take 1-2 liquid-gels 30 minutes before your workout; start with 1 liquid-gel to assess tolerance.
