Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Shake well before use. As a dietary supplement for adults, take 0.5 mL (62.5 mcg) or 1.0 mL (125 mcg) daily, with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be mixed in beverages or taken straight from the dropper. Calibrated dropper inside.
