This product contains the naturally occurring amnio acid, Beta-Alanine, which causes a harmless tingling sensation in some individuals. This effect should diminish after a couple of hours and should ultimately subside after multiple days of continued use. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is potentially hazardous to a person's health.
