Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: Shake well. Using the dropper, take 0.25 mL (5 drops) on a full stomach. Ideally, add drops to juice, smoothie, or food to mask the milk-mineral taste. Can be taken with water if the taste is palatable to you.
