Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use: For overall male vitality, take 3 capsules in the morning and 2 more capsules in the afternoon. Consume before eating. Alternatively, if using for sexual activity, take 5 capsules 30 minutes before intercourse. Do not exceed 5 capsules within a 24-hour period. For best results, use this product in conjunction with 4 to 5 days per week of weight training, a calorie-controlled diet, and do not skip any days of product use.
