Directions for use: As a dietary supplement for adults and children twelve or more years of age, take one capsule per day for maintenance, 2-4 capsules throughout the day for minor discomfort, and up to 6 capsules throughout the day during flare-ups, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
