Recommendations: Mix 2 heaping tablespoons in 8 fluid ounces of water, juice, or other beverage once a day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Can also be mixed with soft food such as applesauce, oatmeal, pudding, etc. Mixing Instructions: Place powder into a glass with 1-2 ounces of warm water and mix thoroughly with a fork.
