SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement for ADULTS, take 1 serving in 8-10oz of cold water once daily, 30 MINUTES before workouts. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST with ONE Serving to assess tolerance and response, NEVER CONSUME MORE THEN 3 Servings in a 24 hour period. DO NOT TAKE 4 HOURS before BEDTIME.
