The Hoki oil (New Zealand Whiting) used in this product comes from the pristine waters of the Southern Ocean of New Zealand and is one of the few oils in the world that has full traceability (from boat to the bottle). The tuna oil component goes through a unique proprietary process (in addition to molecular distillation) resulting in a level of purity rarely achieved in other fish oils. The addition of natural Astaxanthin and Lycopene to this fish oil provides unrivalled health benefits* including healthier, more attractive looking skin*. However, it is Ubiquinol which differentiates this product from the other Xtend-Life Omega 3 products. We use Kaneka QH, a natural reduced form of CoQ10 called Ubiquinol. Ubiquinol has powerful antioxidant activity* and it is considered to be 3-6 times more potent that Ubiquinone* - the standard form of CoQ10. It may also help the body generate peak levels of energy* and support general cardiovascular health*.
