DIRECTIONS: To assess your tolerance, take 1 capsule before breakfast and lunch for the first 3 days. Days 4 and beyond, take 1 capsule 3 times daily before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not snack after dinner or between meals. Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 4-hour period or 3 capsules in a 24-hour period.
