Directions: take one teaspoon (5 mL) daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Storage

Storage: refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. This oil may become cloudy when refrigerated, which is normal and does not alter efficacy.

Warning: excess vitamin A may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Do not use if safety seal is missing or broken.

Precautions re: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications

Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 10,000 IU of preformed vitamin A per day. If pregnant, nursing, or taking medications, consult with your healthcare practitioner before use.
