Bronson's lecithin is a concentrated granular form of soybean lecithin. It is an all natural product made up primarily by three types of phosphatides: Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylethanolamine and Phosphatidylinositol. This product contains a minimum of 95% soy phosphatides.
