Suggested usage: To make a delicious and satisfying smoothie, add 2 scoops (61 g) of SlimStyles(R) powder to 12–16 oz. of water and shake in a shaker cup or mix in a blender with ice, or as directed by a health professional. Drink additional water (8–16 oz.) within an hour of drinking the smoothie. When first taking SlimStyles(R), begin with 1 scoop (30.5 g) in a 6–8 oz. glass of water and gradually increase to 2 scoops (61 g) as directed above.
