Two vegetable capsules give you 1,550 mcg RAE (5,000 IU) Vitamin A to assist in the function of eyesight, and a combination of antioxidants including Vitamins C and E to help neutralize cell-damaging free radicals in cells. This formula also contains Bilberry with naturally occurring anthocyanosides and other herbal extracts like Ginkgo Biloba and Eyebright.
