Directions For Use Adults: 2 soft gels per day For optimal results take 2 soft gels 30 minutes prior to your evening meal. The dosage can be doubled to 2 soft gels twice per day for the first 2-3 months. If doubling the dose take the additional 2 soft gels in the afternoon.
