This formula contains the chelated forms of essential microminerals - minerals needed in the diet on a daily basis, but only in very small amounts. The trace minerals in Optimal Mineral Plus function as enzyme activators, regulators of genetic activities, cholesterol metabolizers, thyroid regulators, and supporters of metabolic rate, immune function, and blood sugar balance within the normal range. Optimal Mineral Plus also contains a synergistic blend of powerful plant extracts and phytonutrients, along with the antioxidant N-acytyl-cysteine, for optimal cellular protection.
