Bone Balance is a highly bioactive and scientifically advanced calcium formula, providing optimal forms of calcium and key conutrients to help support women in their menopausal years. Regular weight-bearing exercise, a balanced diet and calcium supplementation with Bone Balance may help prevent bone loss. Bone Balance contains 1:1 ratio of calcium and magnesium, along with other bone minerals such as copper, manganese and zinc, and soy isoflavones to provide support to the bones.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use: To maximize calcium utilization, take 1 tablet at breakfast and dinner, and 2 tablets at bedtime.

Caution: If you are taking anticoagulant drugs, such as warfarin (Coumadin), or if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product. If you experience an uncomfortable laxative effect, simple decrease your dosage.
