Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement - under 40 lbs = 1 Tbsp. daily: 40-100 lbs = 2 tbsp. daily: 100+ lbs = 3 tbsp. daily. Amount taken may be increased up to 50% as needed. One capful = 2 Tablespoons (1 oz). May be mixed with juice.
