DIRECTIONS: Blend, shake, or briskly stir two level scoops (52 g) of OptiGlycemiX(TM) into 8-12 oz chilled water and consume one to two times daily; or take one to two scoops approximately 30 minutes before each main meal (upper limit of six scoops/day); or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
