Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Usage: For Daily Maintenance: Start your day with 1 scoop (29 g) mixed as instructed below. For Total Body Rejuvenation*: 1 scoop (29 g), 2 times per day along with a liberal diet of raw or lightly steamed vegetables and fruits. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of pure spring mineral water daily. Mixing Instructions: Shake vigorously in a shaker cup 1 scoop (29 g) in 8 fl.oz. of cold purified water or freshly pressed juice (vegetable or fruit) or, in a blender, blend 1 scoop (29 g) with 8 fl.oz. of purified water and 1 cup of frozen organic berries or other fruit.
