Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use: Take the contents of one daily packet every day with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal or as recommended by a healthcare provider. Tablets can be taken all together, or if stomach upset occurs you may split the dose between morning and afternoon or evening.
