Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) – 100 mg. Because it is uniquely both water and fat soluble, ALA is called the “Universal Anti-Oxidant.” This unique solubility allows it to go virtually anywhere in your body protecting hard-to-reach tissues (brain and liver) from oxidative damage. Even more important is its role in the creation of our body’s most powerful internal anti-oxidant – Glutathione.
