Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) – 500 mg. Because it is uniquely both water and fat soluble, ALA is called the “Universal Anti-Oxidant.” This unique solubility allows it to go “everywhere” in your body protecting hard-to-reach tissues from oxidative damage. Even more important is its role in the creation of our body’s most powerful internal antioxidant – Glutathione. Like CoQ10, our levels of ALA decline with age, stress and the use of certain medications.

Coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ10) and TruQ10 – 600 mg. The first ingredient to add to any vitamin regimen, CoQ10 is required for all energy production and is also a powerful anti-oxidant. We provide 500 mg of CoQ10 (Ubiquinone), plus 100 mg of our exclusive TruQ10 (Ubiquinol). Together these two natural forms of CoQ10 offer the most comprehensive protection possible.
